HAPPY HOUR BAR AND TRAILER RENTAL
We are a couple based in Spring Valley, Wisconsin. We transformed a 1970’s horse trailer into a bar with entertainment in mind. We created the Happy Hour Mobile Bar because we know the importance of events and gatherings with family and friends. Since the bar comes without product you can decorate it to fit perfectly with your theme. It can be a fun candy station for take home favors, a cocktail or beverage bar, dessert bar, pizza bar, or whatever you can imagine! We know this lovely mobile bar will be a hit at your next event.
Our Services
Our Mobile Bar:
Happy Hour Mobile Bar is ready for your next event! This charming bar will be delivered to your destination and set up for your party. We will return after the event to close it down and take it home. Happy Hour Mobile Bar is rented as a dry bar, which means you provide any drinks, food, or products you choose to fit your theme. The bar includes a small freezer, 6 bottle wine fridge and 3 galvanized tubs for your use. There is a 3-tiered shelf included. There is ample light available by simply hooking up the extension cord that we provide. The chalk board (and chalk) are included to personalize the bar for your event, A generator is available for additional cost of $30 if needed at your event.

Pricing for Happy Hour Bar rental:
Charges: A deposit of 50% will be required when booking the mobile bar to hold your date. The remaining 50% will be due upon delivery of the mobile bar. All fees are nonrefundable.
Free delivery within 20 miles. Fee of $.50 per mile round trip for delivery and pick up beyond 20 miles.

Rental rates are an 8-hour, 40-hour week and 30-day month. Charges are for time out not time used.
Contractors must have a certificate of insurance naming Happy Hour Mobile Bar LLC as an additional insured.Hauling and delivery available.

We provide a 100-foot extension cord and should be plugged into a 20 Amp outlet/circuit.
We will need truck access to a 15×15 area approximately and have an electrical source that accommodates the 100-foot extension cord we provide.
Weddings, gender reveals, graduations, baby showers, fundraisers, corporate events, birthdays, or most social events.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold the date when the booking is made. The remainder will be charged prior to delivery and is also non-refundable.
